Information We Collect
We collect only the information strictly necessary to provide high-quality localized video generation, account management, multi-tenant collaboration, and authorized social publishing:
- Account & Identity Information: Full name, verified business email address, phone number (for OTP multi-factor authentication), business organization name, and country/jurisdiction.
- Creative & Brand Assets: Product photos, brand kits (logos, custom fonts, official color palettes, pronunciation phonetic guides), script prompts, and marketing guidelines uploaded by you.
- Connected Social Platform Tokens: OAuth authorization tokens and profile identifiers for platforms you explicitly connect (such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook). All access tokens are stored in hardware-level AES-256 encrypted vaults.
- Billing & Payment Metadata: Payment verification IDs, subscription tier status, and billing addresses. We partner with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe); we never store your raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPINs on our servers.
- System Telemetry & Operational Logs: Rendering latency, GPU queue timestamps, error logs, and browser metadata to maintain platform availability and security.
Strict AI Inference & No-Training Commitment
We uphold an irrevocable commitment: Klipad AI does NOT use your private brand images, proprietary video scripts, audio recordings, or exported ad files to train public foundational AI models.
All AI operations (text storyboard synthesis, image enhancement, Indian language translation, and voice synthesis) are processed via isolated enterprise inference pipelines with strict non-retention policies. Once your rendering job completes, your intermediate compute artifacts are sealed within your private workspace.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is utilized exclusively for genuine operational purposes:
- Generating, rendering, and delivering customized video advertisements per your prompt instructions.
- Translating scripts and synthesizing speech into 12+ Indian regional languages and English.
- Enforcing workspace quotas, seat allocations, and role-based permissions (Super Admin, Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer).
- Directly executing requested social media uploads via authorized platform APIs.
- Generating GST-compliant tax invoices and managing recurring subscriptions.
- Preventing fraudulent platform abuse, bot attacks, and unlawful content generation.
Data Sovereignty & Enterprise Security

All data in motion is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. All static data, tokens, and media buckets are secured via AES-256 server-side encryption.
Every organization operates in an isolated tenant scope enforced by database row-level security and strict organization membership guards.
