Subject to your compliance with these Terms and active subscription standing, Klipad AI claims zero copyright, zero royalty, and zero future claims over your finished advertisements. You have the unencumbered right to monetize, broadcast, run paid social ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok), and transfer files to your clients without per-impression fees.

To use Klipad AI, you must register a verified workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any API tokens generated:

• Super Admin & Platform Governance: Platform-wide pricing, tier quotas, and system capabilities are regulated centrally by Klipad Super Administrators.
• Organization Owner: The account creator is designated as the Organization Owner with exclusive authority to purchase subscriptions, upgrade plans via Razorpay/Stripe, and manage team members.
• Administrators, Editors & Viewers: Organization team members operate under specific RBAC permissions. Non-owner members have read-only visibility into billing quotas and tax invoices and are restricted from incurring unauthorized financial commitments.

Klipad AI operates on a predictable recurring subscription model in Indian Rupees (INR ₹):

• Monthly Quotas: Each subscription tier (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) includes a monthly ad quota, maximum video duration, language options, and aspect ratio allocations.
• Automatic Reset: Video ad creation limits reset automatically on the 1st of every calendar month. Unused ad renders do not carry over to subsequent billing periods.
• Billing Cycles: Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Annual subscriptions renew once per calendar year with an upfront discounted rate.
• GST & Invoicing: In accordance with Indian tax laws, all charges are accompanied by automated GST-compliant tax invoices accessible directly from your billing portal.

Klipad AI is built exclusively for lawful commercial advertising. You strictly agree NOT to generate:

• Deceptive, fraudulent, counterfeit, or misleading commercial advertisements.
• Content violating the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) code or equivalent global ad regulatory bodies.
• Defamatory, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially derogatory material.
• Non-consensual voice clones, unauthorized likenesses of real individuals, or deceptive political deepfakes.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit GPU infrastructure, or overwhelm our API rendering pipelines.

Violations will trigger immediate account suspension, token revocation, and potential referral to relevant authorities without refund eligibility.

Our multi-modal rendering pipeline integrates high-performance AI models for visual generation, phonetic text-to-speech, and script synthesis. While we maintain a 99.9% platform uptime commitment, rendering latencies may fluctuate depending on global GPU cluster demand and external cloud provider queues. Klipad AI provides tools for previewing, fine-tuning scripts, and adjusting phonetics before rendering to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Organization Owners can cancel their recurring subscription at any time directly through the SaaS Billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your workspace retains active quota access through the end of the paid billing period, after which it transitions to free trial quotas without further automatic card charges.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hyderabad / Bangalore, India.
